Peerspace Event Security Deposit

Refundable security deposit for event reservation at 23427 Canzonet Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.

This deposit is collected in connection with the Guest’s signed Security Deposit & Event Agreement and Peerspace house rules, and may be used to cover property damage, excessive cleaning, overtime use, occupancy violations, unpaid event charges, violations of house rules, or other costs incurred as a result of the event.

Deposit refunds are subject to the terms of the signed Security Deposit & Event Agreement. If no deductions apply, the deposit will be refunded within the timeframe specified in the Agreement following the event.

By submitting payment, Guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the signed Security Deposit & Event Agreement.
